Experience Should be 2-3 yrs and good english communication.
Collaborate with product/technical management to define and implement innovative solutions for the product directions, visuals and experience;
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final;
Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas;
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders;
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
Analyze the latest market and consumer behavior trends and incorporate the same into the concept development process to facilitate determining the size and arrangement of illustrative material to be designed.
Create new designs, concepts and sample layouts based on client requirements and discuss the same with concerned team members to obtain recommendations and make necessary amendments.
Skills:-
Proven web/user interface design experience with a strong portfolio;
Good UX/UI experience and able to creat outstanding web and app designs mock-ups;
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamviewer , Sublime , CorelDraw ;
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Jquery and JavaScript to be able easily turn photo designs into a live page;
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction;
Ability to present your designs and creativity;
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;
Up-to date with the latest trends, techniques and technologies.
