Responsibilities
1. Responsible for achieving daily, fortnightly, monthly sales targets
2. Work on system allotted leads to generate Appointments with prospects
3. Drive key metrics on Appointments, Meetings, Follow-ups to control sales funnel
4. High on Sales Quality Perform high on Customer Experience Quality Score
5. Maintaining and analyze various reports related to sales metrics and continuously improve
Requirements
1. Atleast 6 months of experience in Direct Sales (preferably from Direct Sales organizations like Eureka
Forbes, Home / personal loans sales, Mahindra Holidays etc )
2. Education Qualification - Graduate
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Passionate, self driven, extrovert
5. Strong integrity and work ethics
6. Basic computer skills
