1. To understand Production Plan
2. Issue of Raw material for Production on different Machines.
3. Hourly checking and noting of Quality of in process and finished material.
4. Noting of Day’s Production.
5. Hourly checking and noting of Production.
6. Follow up/ Coordination with Purchase for Raw material/ Packaging Material and with Maintenance department for any Preventive or Break Down maintenance.
7. Should have aptitude to handle Labor.
8. Planning of Training Schedule for Workers.
9. To understand and recommend training needs of Workers.
10. Knowledge of Computer is must, specially, MS Word, Excel, Internet.
11. Should be able to handle and resolve Customer Complaint forwarded by Marketing.
12. Should be able to handle ISO or any Statutory Audit conducted by any agency or Customer.
