- Incumbent will be managing and providing support to Upper management.
- HR & Admin operational needs including staff orientation,employee welfare, corporate identity, event management,
- Responsible for upkeep and Maintenance of office premises, equipments, peripherals and furniture.
- Housekeeping Staff, Manage and Handle Office stationery, Security, Co- ordination with vendors & other Agencies
- Handling Petty cash and making expenses report
- office maintenance and equipment, liaise with external vendors and other ad-hoc duties.
- General account & finance work.
- Filling Tax return, PF, ESI
- Knowledge of VAT, TDS, service Tax, handling & visiting various Tax department and their follow-up.
- Accurate data entry of all payable invoices
