Handle Administrative duties, regular supervision on security & housekeeping.
In charge of inventory control of stationery, paper (check and stock), sundries (check and stock) and issuing of purchase requisitions.
Handling Assets Management & Inventory.
Answer calls from customers/vendors regarding their inquiries.
Responsible for facility management.
Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
And any other responsibility in office as assigned by superiors.
