  • 0 to 4 years of experience minimum in International Voice Support. (Fresher are also welcome).
  • Must have Excellent Communication Skills.
  • IT Graduate - Diploma, BE/ B Tech, BSc IT, BCA
  • Sound experience in customer and/or technical support in IT or non-IT domains.
  • Candidates from customer service background can also apply.
  • Should have experience in Email Support.
  • Interest to work in Tech. support; answering support queries via phone, email, Chat and Web.
  • Flexible for 24x7 environment with shifts (5 days a week) Rotational shifts .
  • Cab facility will be provided for night shifts.
