Accountable for all New and Replacement hiring in compliance with company norms for different verticals and business units.
· Planning, Organizing, participating and execution of In-house Drives.
· Manage full recruitment life cycle which starts from initial contact with candidates by taking initial HR round, scheduling interview, coordination with panel, offer negotiation until reporting aboard.
· Conducting referral check and post verification of new joinee from past organizations.
