Greet the patient & visitor in a standing and attentive position with a smiling face when they
come and solve their queries.
Providing a proper direction to the patient by following the work flow, to ensure reduction in
patient wait time.
Patient scheduling & vehicle arrangement for the patient (if required).
Provide them the necessary documents & materials of the hospital (Brochure, Leaflets, etc).
Feeding correct data in computer.
Issue receipt & collect cash properly.
Attend grievances and direct them to concerned superior if unsolved.
