Key Role Area
Recruitment- Identify staff vacancies and
recruit, Head hunting, interview, select applicants.
Compensation & Benefits- Prepare and take
approval for salary structure, Issuance of Offer letter & appointment
letter to the selected candidates.
HR Administration- Reviewing, updating and
maintaining proper filing of HR handbook, performance appraisal from and
training schedules.
Training & Development- Induction to be
given on the joining of the employees
HR Management- Handling all employee enquiries
& grievances. Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues
relating to pay and conditions.
Requirements
Excellent communication & Strong Organization,
Interpersonal and Analytical skills.
Hard Core Recruiter
Taking full ownership of issues, finding the
root cause, indentifying solutions, solving the issues and highlighting it to
the supervisor if required.
Should have working knowledge of Excel sheets,
MS Office
Having basic knowledge of Internet, Websites and
Software
Able to work without a team
