Major Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate to clients the products & services of company via telephone.
identify potential customers and follow up to achieve new sales or,
where appropriate, book appointments for field sales executives.
To initiate regular and systematic telephone follow up of customers and convince customers to buy or retain product or service
To demonstrate products and services to customers with the aim of generating sales.
To effectively assess customer needs and offer/demonstrate appropriate solutions.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
the business as per target assigned by reporting authority. Sells
products by establishing contact and developing relationships with
prospects; recommending solutions.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
Maintain confidentiality, use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct calls

Proven, successful sales experience.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work under own initiative, organize, plan and prioritize work.
Highly dependable and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to work within a team.
Having good grasp on Financial Industry

* PG - Postgraduate degree in MBA or Any PG
CTC : 2,38000 (for fresher)
