having good experience in supporting the day to day work of the Managing Director ,ability to organize and prioritize tasks is a key requirement.
Candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Managing Directors work including appointments and the diary, travel and accommodation as required
in addition to managing,Candidate needs to have
excellent written and verbal communication skills and be experienced at
dealing with a range of external stakeholders , key client groups, with
industry and business support at local, regional and national levels.
To provide high level support that involves preparing reports and memorandum, scheduling meetings, managing information/intelligence requests by the Managing Director.
Take ownership of implementation of specific operational initiatives as identified by the Managing Director.
Analyze Data, obtain necessary clarifications in a proactive manner and highlight key conclusions. Execute decisions made by the Managing Director by coordinating with the concerned individuals and departments and by taking the initiative to smooth out implementation issues that may arise.
Handling of confidential information which requires discretion and diplomacy.
Answering general queries from board members, preparing Agendas, distributing and taking notes during meeting and sending materials for review before meeting, follow ups.
